Dom Pedro Lisboa

There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality, I automatically set the standard for my other hotels while in Portugal. The hotel gave us complimentary room service when we arrived, with wine and Nata's. They even gave me a had written note which shows the service going above and beyond for guests. After flying for almost 12 hours this was the sincerest thing me and my family received during the first day. I even had an issue with my bank card at the nearby bank and the receptionist was so helpful and provided to us international numbers for us to call to banks given the time difference to help us when we were in need. We had complimentary robes and slippers, along with small chocolates the housekeepers would leave when they came to clean the room. Outstanding service and hospitality. I would stay here again and recommend it to family who visit Lisbon. 10 out of 10.

The property is a little dated. It’s really difficult to get into and out of the bathtub. They charge for extra coffee in the room 🙁. The breakfast and lunch buffet were priced well and good quality. The only real down side was that our kids were in a separate room and the key they gave us wouldn’t open their door. Excellent spa! It was disappointing that the pool hours for kids under 12 were limited (although understandable). So glad to have the spa and pool as an option!!

We are very happy with our stay here. We travelled as a family with a teenager and a pre teen and we loved everything about this hotel . It was our sons birthday and the hotel surprised us with a cake(we have not informed the hotel about our sons birthday)when we returned to the hotel from all the sight seeing which shows they really care about their customers. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

We had a lovely family stay for three nights at Dom Pedro. A lovely hotel to relax in after busy days’ sight seeing in Lisbon.

This was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and room size however it is not geared towards family stays, much more of a business or convention hotel with little in the way of facilities for family stays. The staff were very polite and helpful apart from in the small swimming pool area which is not designed for children and my son was given out to for making noise in the pool. The breakfast coffee needs to be improved.

It was a great place to stay. My family was so pleased to stay there and enjoy the top level service provided by great staffs. If I visit Lisbon again, I would stay here again. Strongly recommended!!

We have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of August. A familly of 2 adults & 2 children and had an excellent experience. We booked a familly room, 2 rooms with a connecting door and had a problem in the room. In the morning they upgraded us to a beautiful suite on the 20th floor with a breath taking view. They were very kind and trying to help in every question we had. At the last they we asked them to call a texi and changed the times for 3 times and they were so understandable. For all it was a very good experience. A 5 star hotel like a 5 star hotel should be!

Great hotel! Very grand and beautiful. We had a family room with 2 connecting rooms. Everything was perfect in the rooms. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is great , courteous and friendly. The breakfast and dinner are excellent. We had dinner one night and the food was very delicious, great quality and reasonable prices. The location is not very far from the extremely busy city center. Plenty of transportation available and the taxi drivers we got were very friendly. We will definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Lisbon
