InterContinental Lisbon, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is in a great location of the city and offers an amazing breakfast with made to order eggs, fresh juiced and variety of coffee. The bathrooms are spotless with great amenities including robes snd slippers. The employees are all fluent in English and my kids really enjoyed room service.

Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. We met the director of Guest Relations, Rita L, who provided us with personalized attention and made the stay memorable. She was available to assist with any issues or concerns and got to know our family on a personal level. A great experience and resource for a hotel in a foreign and busy city. Even though its a large hotel she made us feel like we were her only guests! The hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance to all major activities. Ubers are also reasonably priced for anyone who doesn't want to walk. I picked this hotel because we are a family of 6 and wanted a place to accommodate us in one room. I didn't want to rely on a hotel with connecting rooms since often upon arrival there is an issue with the reservation. This hotel have a suite of 2 rooms that sleeps 6 people with 2 full bathrooms and sufficient space. Would recommend.
