Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

Amazing. The nicest hotel staff. Loved the young lady by the pool store and kiddy club. Wish I knew her name. So sweet and friendly. All of the staff by the pool were so nice and attentive. Can’t wait to visit again.

The location is unbelievable. Right on the sea front on the edge of cliff with incredible views and natural scenery which is the best for any hotel we have stayed in!! Also Close to town centre and walking distance from scenic trekking paths for the whole family. Staff very friendly and helpful. All around brilliant. The only thing to add for the families would be to have more kids activites on the resort to keep them busy on site.

Beautiful views but still need to learn on how to treat guests better. Manager was not helpful at all when I explain my frustrations. Big waiting line after long travel, kids tired, restaurant in hotel fully booked had to get out the hotel for food with 2 tired kids at 8:30pm made me get very disappointed. They should noticy guests the need to book dinners in advance. This hotel was booked 6 month in advance. Our room was not nice, was dark, look ‘sad’ no view at all. Explained my frustration to Expedia that helped a lot. Thank you to Expedia’s staff! Sure worth being with Expedia for all my trips, always helping when situations like this happens.

Very comfortable large room. Great hotel. Food was overpriced for Portugal. Great resturants 5 min away. Negatives no adult areas or pool. I left my kids at home and was surrounded by other peoples children. No adult pool. It’s not very inviting to swim in a pool with 12 kids in diapers or not! that are screaming. They need to designate a adult only pool. They have 2 pools side by side! SPA is hard to get into and way over priced for what you get and facilities are just ok. SPA is too small for the amount of guests. It’s a large hotel. Beds are comfortable rooms are lovely.

Our stay at Tivoli was exceptional. My husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary and the guest relation manager managed to sneak in a few surprises for us when we got back in the room. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated. We loved everything in this hotel, the staff are all working above and beyond with one thing in mind- a positive great experience. We had the junior suite family room with the sea view and it didn't disappoint, the location, the food, staff, drinks and rooms are all perfect! Kudos to Ricardo for making us feel at home. Hoping to come back soon.
