The staff is super helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants, and provide parking. The room was clean. My only concern was the size of the room which was very small for a family of four.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. Availability for parking and decent breakfast was a plus. However, rooms where tiny and not convenient for family of 3. The air conditioner in the room was set to warm temp. When asked the staff said, the whole floor temp is set to that level and if you want you can turn of the ac and open the window. However, it is beside a noisy street, so opening the window is not an ideal option. I think next time if I have to recommend a place, I prefer a place little closer to the Coimbra university library area.

The view of dinning room and terrace was great the staff were very friendly and helpful but the room ( family room for 4 adults) was very tight . I agree with one of the guests that there wasn't enough room to store suitcases luckily we had carry-ons . We were 4 adults and the room was tight ,other than that everything was fine

The family room is very small. The breakfast is good. The location is not ideal
