Winford Manila Resort and Casino

I love to keep coming at Windford.My family’s and I feels always the warm and friendly atmosphere. Staffs were very honest, attentive and displays an above and way beyond excellent customer service. Kudos to all staffs! security guards, parking assistance, housekeeping, concierge/bell boys. Much more very grateful and huge hooray👏👏👏 with Joel and Ms. Vangie.👏👏👏

The hotel allows unregistered guest into rooms so there are several cases were more than 10 people are in the room - mostly relatives and children making the hotel extremely noisy with outsiders. I even overheard in the elevator a guest inviting all of his drinking buddies to his room and told his friends to just call him when they arrive at the hotel so he can sneak them into his rooms. Very disappointing as this creates a very poor atmosphere.

Not a good place if your are planning to celebrate occasions like reunions or birthdays. Too strict about how many people are in the room, what kind of food are you going to bring, how many liquors you plan to bring to the room, only 2 adults and 2 kids are only allowed to swim even you got a Suite room. They asked my guests to leave 11pm otherwise they will charge me 1400++ per person. Sucks!

It’s perfect, my family really had a great bonding moment. Will definitely come back!! Kudos to all the staff! Good job!

We essentially stayed from 13-20 Aug 20-17. The staff are great...helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice, having only been open for a month or so. Beautiful pool area. Received a great massage from their masseuse, Novie (sorry if I misspelled). The casino has limited games, but I'm not a gambler, so that didn't bother me. My only complaint is their check out process....it takes soooo long. It seems you have to check out at the front desk, then they send someone to your room to take inventory (refrigerator contents, towels, tv remote, alarm clock, etc..), meanwhile you sit and wait in the lobby area. I really wish they would just take my credit card info, check me out, and bill me for whatever I used. The family in line in front of me literally took more than an hour talking to the reception because something was missing (in addition to the towel they took out of their suit case and returned). Please, please, please improve this process. Thank you.
