If you are a tourist looking to spend time in Manila or on business then this hotel isn't for you. If you have kids and want to spend time at the water park, aquarium etc then this place is fine. During the day the place is packed with tourists making it near impossible to eat at the hotel with long lines. The food isn't that good in any case and over priced with poor service especially their Asian Resto which was one of the worse hotel restos we ever ate at in Manila. Thank goodness for grab food delivery. You can hear at night Music from bar in bay side rooms, but it wasn't late. Early morning like 630 am kids are running and yelling in hallway heading to eat or the water park.This was everyday. Again if you have kids maybe no big deal but if on business it's not good. We found the front desk to be very nice and professional. We had 2 rooms. Cleaning was fine.

Because of its aquatics and water park this hotel is ideal for young children. If you're traveling solo or a couple who's not interested in any of the mentions, skip this hotel. Its very noisy and a attraction for the locals.

Great for children great location right on the manila bay. Only negative was the restaurants closed early so only one option for dinner after 5:30 pm and its thai food!!

When I was booking this, one of the booking amenities is the pool. It’s not the best pool in the world but the pool is on the picture so I thought it’s there. We got to the hotel to check in but got told that it’s under renovation. It was really a big disappointment as I have kids that loved water. Upon entering our room, the aquarium looks nice but we were left to figure out how to use the remote to hide the aquarium. Had to figure out by ourselves and felt ignorant at some point. Our first day, the shower flooded all the way to the walkway of our room. It just doesn’t drain fast enough. The bathroom doesn’t have a real door so you can’t really poop in privacy because the shower door is also the bathroom door which doesn’t latch at all. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. They didn’t do anything to make our stay memorable. The service, the staff and the overall experience is terrible. I don’t think it should be rated as a 4 star hotel.

Great family room & ocean view. We’re very happy with the spacious, clean room. The hallways smelled bad. The breakfast buffet is very disappointing. No coffee, no fruits, no forks ..when we showed up at 9am.

We stayed in aqua room and our kids enjoyed it. The receptionist, bellboys, and room attendants are awesome. They are friendly, and provide an excellent service!

Ok hotel but I would not recommend. Drop off location to get to the lobby is somewhat awkward. We arrived at night and no personnel at front. The ramp to get to the main level is dark and very unsafe. Even the bellman was having hard time. Hallway carpets are dirty and have musty smell including smoking smell where I found it uninviting. Room size is ok for small number of people but the room carpet also are the same as the hallway; dirty and smelly. Some of the rooms ceiling has mildew stain or sort of dark stain. Wall paper are peeling and behind counter, desk are dusty. We have total 5 rooms and one of our rooms in-room phone is not working and it’s covered with full dust. The other room closet is broken. Although, staff were very helpful especially the front desk. She help me booked transportation multiple times to accommodate our large number of family.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was overall courteous. However, while entering the property you can tell the premises was not well-maintained since our family last visited in 2011. No aircon in the lobby. No security guard upon entering the building. Slow check-in and out process. Fish tank in bedrooms are not as pristine and clean as before. Street dogs and cats are on the premises.

If it's a family vacation this is the perfect place, no doubt! It was my fault I didn't research about the area. So, there was some noise by the hallway. Our room was cool I enjoyed that wall aquarium view. The vynil floor had been beat down already hopefully they'll replace it so it'll be more welcoming. Their crew was very nice, hospitable and attentive. The Spa, we enjoyed it so much as well as the Ocean Park, I feel like a kid again!
