Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Really disappointed that the pool was closed as part of the reason for staying was its use by the family

To all the staff at Pan Pacific Hotel, thank you for the most welcoming stay for our 9 days vacation. Just like to mention that we stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and very pleased with the services that we have received then...so nice that it has not changed. Our trip is to visit families in Manila, therefore will definitely be staying at our favourite hotel!!!See you all soon when we are next visit to Manila....

the rooms are clean but the environment is not suitable for families. the hotel allows guests to bring in roommates from outside.
