Amazing hotel for families.. there are a lot of things to do inside the hotel especially if you have kids. Very kid friendly hotel. Service was superb.

There are so many different types of experiences within a hotel. The children were very happy with their stay. All of the hotel staff are kind and courteous.

The staff are incredible. Erma in the tides restaurant was so kind in helping me with the Filipino foods and Liza in the lobby lounge made us feel like family.

This is our second time here, first time we got married here so we didnt have time to enjoy all the aspects of the hotel but this time we really enjoyed what the hotel has to offer. Great service, great food and great facilities which is perfect for us with 2 younger kids. We will definitely be back here! Downside was in Cowrie Cove restaurant, we asked if the "big plates " menu included any type of carbs or of we needed to add side orders. Unfortunately the staff informed us wrongfully so we ended up ordering too much which was a shame. Our big plates had carbs included so we were too full to eat our side orders. Its a shame and a waste of food and our money.

There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop.

There was an excessive volume of kids under 10. Beware if you want an exclusive experience to relax and unwind, this is not the property. We were disappointed in the value for the price we paid. I had a kid in the room above me running around constantly and dropping a hard object on the floor at 2:30 in the morning. I had to ask the management to get involved and ended up sleeping with eat plugs. The property looks dated and needs a facelift.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun at beach and pool!
