Waterfront is easy access to both Domestic & International flights. We always stay here when we come back and visits our families and love ones. This convenient to us and the foods are really good!….

My family and I stayed one night. Pro's: staff is super nice and supportive, check in was easy, shuttle service is helpful. Cons: air conditioner didn't work, buffet made all 4 of us sick, toilet didn't work properly. Which was terrible when you have 4 people with the runs from the buffet. It was like a porto potty.

Stayed in the hotel to wait for international flight for 2 days .Hotel is right in the airport . Has a free Shuttle service to and from airport (so convenient for those with children and lots of luggages ) . They will pick you up even if you arrive before check in time . Will bring you back to airport any time (even at 10 pm) .The elevators are working so disregard the email that elevator is out of service. Nice pool.has one for kids .

Elevator broken. Hauling 50lb suitcases for a family up 3 floors is not ideal. Fine for me but if you are frail, elderly you'll want to get the hotel to assist you. Dated rooms and carpet. Old, tired. Bathroom reasonably clean. Highlight is the breakfast buffet and staff . Good selection of food. Always a smiling face. Thanks to Gemma for wonderful service. Make sure you bring the room card down to the front on checkout as housekeeping will need to check the room before you're allowed to leave. Othereise expect to be detained by security. In all of my travels around the world I've never been detained over leaving the plastic card in the room. Made me run back quite a ways and up 3 floors to get it (broken escalators, broken elevator). Small stuff and it wont ruin my vacation but it wasnt pleasant

Great breakfast buffet with a good variety of food. Big pool, kiddie pool and lovely hot tub. Walking distance to Cuty transportation like MyBus, which takes you to the SM Mall. I did have a little trouble checking in as Expedia and the hotel probably had miscommunication. Thank god I took pictures of my reservation or they would have given me a 1 bed instead of a 2 bed. Overall I give it 4 stars.
