Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort

The hospitality in this resort was exceeded my expectations. I traveled with my family of 12 and they went above and beyond, from check-in & being upgraded to readjusting tables for meals. Shoutout to John from the front desk & Alvin from the poolside restaurant!

Very quiet and relaxing, good for families who like to play in the large pool, good restaurants available on site, accommodating friendly staff, a bit far from the city.

We booked a family room expecting it to fit 2 adults and 2 children, but it fell short of accommodating our needs and the beds can’t possibly fit one adult and even a toddler. Really disappointed with the size of the rooms. Upon check-in, Ruth at the reception was exceptionally rude, giving us an unwelcoming reception and repeatedly asked me to prove that I booked the room with breakfast while I was struggling to get connected to internet. The beach was disappointingly “very” small, and for a supposed resort, the entertainment options were lacking, making the property feel more like a hotel than a resort. Additionally, being far from the city, it's challenging to spend an entire day here, with limited activities within the property itself. However only one positive was Alvin from the Sunset Sports Bar was very friendly and tried his best to accommodate our special dietary needs.

The staff went above and beyond to give me and my family an excellent vacation experience. This was my second visit. I will be booking a third visit.

This Hotel in Cebu has the most accommodating and nice staff Ive ever had experienced in a hotel. They were very nice and genuine. The Buffet was my husband's favorite since they serve various food so many options that can cater a certain diet. The kids area were nice for parents that needed a break. Thank you for the best experience and enjoyable stay our family had.

Excellent customer service, very courteous staff especially dining area, shout out to Kris n Febe, very attentive to costumers with beautiful smiles as they served us with our bfast needs. Great food, clean swimming pool n hoping the beach access and the beach itself will be renovated soon, after effect of the Odette typhoon. Overall will highly recommend to family and friends.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel with the family and it was a great experience. The rooms were nice and clean, the food was excellent and the hotel staff was super nice, courteous and professional. The pool and the beach are great. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we will come again.

It was really fun my children love swimming and also we love the views of the hotel but one thing only our room aircon is not that so cold but we manage the condition. Over all it was worth it.
