Quest Hotel & Conference Center

I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough. The pool is small but ideal for sun bathing. Staff were attentive if you wanted to order food or drink. And pool toilets were always kept clean and tidy. So the reason why this hotel gets a 4 star rather than 5 from me is because the only place I could get good wifi was by the pool, even though my room was on the pool level. In my room, the wifi would work for a couple minutes max before ceasing to exist for the next 45 minutes, at least. This made wifi completely useless, and I had to pay extra charges to use my mobile internet abroad. I will be staying here again next year and hope this issue is resolved.

It’s a high rise hotel but nothing fancy . The Ayala shopping mall is across a very busy highway, it’s walkable but scary to cross the roads. The streets have homeless kids and panhandler. The staff need to smile more with or with gratuity.

This is closer to a 3.5 to 4 star in Canada. Nice gym and outdoor pool (4ft deep) and a small wading pool for small children. Ayala mall is steps away. Easy to call for grab or taxis. Hotel takes down the taxi number for guest safety.

Quest has been a family favorite since 2018. It has sentimental value for me and my wife. The rooms are clean and cool with air conditioning. The staff are always friendly and cordial. The pool is clean and refreshing. I like using the safe in the room to safeguard my valuables. The minibar is handy if you don’t feel like heading down to the bar for a beer. On this particular visit though, our air conditioner was leaking inside the room which I’ve never seen before. I believe it’s fixable though and it won’t prevent us from coming back again.

Quest Hotel Conference Center-Cebu is conveniently located in walking distance to Ayala Mall. The hotel offers guest with the feeling of comfort away from home. We were greeted with a warm welcome the minute we checked in to the minute we were dropped off at the airport which they offer. The drivers made sure we arrived to our destination safely. Guest can enjoy their international breakfast buffet at Puso restaurant, with different daily dishes to choose from. Their menu catered to both western and local/native dishes. The restaurant manager and staff was very receiving with my family, They provided us with so much attention that made it pleasing. Upon request, you can get the daily newspaper at the concierge. Our rooms were cleaned daily and provided us with our necessities.The hotel Wi-Fi however could have been better, but that’s just my opinion since I’m used to fast Wi-Fi service. Quest hotel also offers Taxi’s right out front where they monitor and log Taxi number and driver for the safety of their guest. We availed it a few times where we had the driver wait for us and bring us back to the hotel. Definitely a plus for new visitors and guest. The pool is maintained well so guest can enjoy a clean pool for the day. For dinner, guest can also enjoy a barbecue buffet located pool side. Our 2 weeks stay at Quest did not disappoint, in fact, I look forward once again to stay at this hotel and refer friends who wish to visit Cebu, Philippines to stay at this location.

I don't like that the aircon of the room keep dripping water they fixed but still it's not fixed. It's not ideal when u have child with you... But staff is friendly 😉
