Radisson Blu Cebu

Everything was excellent. I do t what to say anymore, as in my whole family was very satisfied.

The best place i stayed. Rooms are big as well. The staff are super friendly, and breakfast provides variety of choices. The only thing that i didn’t see is a microwave oven, which i think is company’s decision to omit. they’re fast in requesting extra things that my family needed. SM is adjacent so it was easy for us to stroll, have snacks and do grocery/ shopping

Overall, the hotel was very good, people always smiling and greeting you, clean, they responded rapidly to two of my phone requests. There are only 2 things I regret. The first one was during the check-in. No one proposed to carry my suitcase after exiting my taxi up to the front desk. I was then sent alone (with my suitcase) to the 20th floor front desk, then again sent alone to my room (still with my suitcase) which is a bit surprising for a 5 star hotel and a junior suite reservation. Tha second one is that, for a 5 star hotel, I would have expected / liked to have a "real" restaurant with top class cuisine, while there is only a buffet style restaurant.

Be careful with their “free breakfast” policy. Free breakfast ONLY applies to adults. You have to pay P600/child. I booked an executive suite for 2 adults and 1 child (10yo) and they said we had to pay extra for the child

My kids and i love this hotel convenient for shopping walking distance for everything restaurant the SM mall right next to the hotel,beautiful place clean alot of variety of food the breakfast buffet is great, a bit expensive but its we have a good time

Checked in 3 times within months of November & December. My hotel impressions are very good and at par with the 4 - 5 star per international standard. Great breakfast buffet except for your native chocolate drink ( Bisayan organic chocolate tablet mixed with cheap chocolate powder cocoa). Your sekwate taste is below average per Visayan standard. The sekwate served at the street market are so much better. My children who had tasted the market’s tableya brought to California are very much authentic. Tell your Filipino barista & your Filipino kitchen food manager to try other street sekwate. He probably is not familiar to the Visayan Sekwate standard. Bai’s sekwate is very good & I would rate it 9-5/10. Your sekwate is probably in 5-5 to 6/10.

Filipino workers are professional with great work ethics. The staff there from our 1st day to our last day were all approachable , helpful, and friendly. There was small annoyance we encountered on our 2nd night as the housekeeping staff pressed the doorbell 6 times and trying to get in to our room without our knowledge as I opened the door I was half asleep and awake and told them that we were not expecting any room service. It happened around 7:30pm Nov 2. The two staff apologized and explained that their key wasn't letting them in I said it was impossible for you guys because the door was locked inside beside we have signed on door knob no cleaning and do not disturb. Conversation ended by giving us small box of chocolate. Weird approach though! Feria was not impressive food choices and price for kids was not worth the dine in. I recommend to dine in nearby restaurant nearby SM mall if you can. Overall, good to stay and best part is to watch the sunset by our window during dawn. I have always enjoyed Radisson blu in Cebu, but this time I could feel like I am a part of thier family! Awesome experience indeed! Thank you!

The whole family loves it. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices.

This was my first time staying at a Radisson Blu property and I am thoroughly impressed. The hotel is close to the airport and it is in a great area to go shopping, on tours or to enjoy food. When you walk in you are stunned at how beautiful the hotel is. The outdoor pool and bar area are beautiful as well. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and if you run into any issues it is corrected right away. We upgraded to an executive suite and the suite is super clean, spacious, and beautiful. The amenities at this hotel are excellent and the breakfast is one of the best I have had! The Spa offers amazing facials and massages as well. I became a Radisson rewards member and I am looking forward to my next stay at a Radisson Blu hotel. I loved my stay and will recommend all of my family and friends visiting Cebu to stay in luxury at the Radisson Blu Cebu!
