The property is very clean and the closest to the airport walk right across very easy and perfect for the family

We (group of two families of four each) book to have 2 rooms near the airport for a 6 hours layover. We arrive around midnight and there were no line but the lady at the front desk took more than an hour to process our prepaid rooms and looking next to her there was a guy that checked in 6 different people. We were super tired and that was the bitter in our experience in our short stay.

Second time staying here. Very convenient for my trip and also super comfortable to travel with kids. Very satisfied and totally recommend

It's right next to the airport, which was very convenient for our family to stay for the night to catch an early flight the next day. However, the guest towels were greyish and the hotel is dated.

This was perfect for with our travel plans and traveling with an infant. It is so conveniently located connected to the airport that created less stress for traveling.

We chose this hotel specifically because itwas connected to the airport and we wouldn't have to go outside to seek a taxi. As we left the airport, we passed by an official booth for the hotel and asked two ladies in uniform for directions to get to the lobby. They directed us outside where we encountered a crowd. Two men in suits told us they worked for the hotel and would help us. They took our bags and brought us to the door where they then asked for money. We found out there that these men lied. Real hotel employees came out to meet us. We are upset that we were directed by two hotel employees outside through this crowd instead of through the skyway connected to the hotel. Then, upon arrival to the lobby, the person checking us in told us that there are only two people allowed per room and we had too many people for our two-room reservation. I was shocked, since the majority of our party was kids and we were standing right in front of him. He was telling me we'd have to pay more for the extra people and put our kids alone in rooms. Our rooms both had two double beds. He was saying we couldn't have two people in each bed (our kids!). My husband (who is Peruvian) overheard and came over. Apparently the policy of two people per room applied to adults and everything was ok. I feel this man was trying to take advantage of us. He made a big deal about it and wanted to charge us fees when he could see our 5 kids standing right there. This was 1:00am and we had tired kids.

The hotel has a bridge that connects with the airport which was very convenient for us traveling with 3 kids under 5 for an early flight on winter weather

Alex Miranda went above and beyond assisting us with early check in after a trip with two kids. I have stayed here before and no one was so kind. I will stay more often now becouse of him and tell all my colleagues and family about it. Jonathan at night was also extremely kind, helped me with my early check in at the airport and my trip much enoyoyable. Thsnk you so much Alex and Jonathan. The Tremblay family

Wifi sucks. On and off every minute and when it worked it was really slow There was not a lot of food options, same thing every day for breakfast but the only thing that my family found good was the bread and the mini pancakes. Not a lot of fruit variety or juices. Menu they offer for dinner was okay. Great service, nice people. Very clean rooms and waiting area.
