Sheraton Lima Historic Center

Overall an outstanding hotel. I did not have high expectations when I booked this hotel but It exceeded my expectations. I had stayed at different hotels while traveling to Peru with my family in years past but I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Sheraton Hotel. This will definitely be the hotel I'll stay at when I visit Peru next time.

Sheraton has the best beds! We slept like babies! The only thing is their pool is closed due to renovations.

What a great place I tell you it's so good you going to love it, this place is located in a very good place it's amazing for its value than the love is 100%, you just going to enjoy life so much in this area you just going to wish you stay here forever to be honest the staff is amazing the people are nice you just wish that they never ends because staying here is such a privilege in the presidential rooms oh wow they're amazing they're huge they're so great to stay in they have a very very good view around the city I know there's not much to look at it but it's okay it's pretty decent I'm not going to tell you no and you're going to love it you're going to like it you don't want to live here if you could you know say one bucks a day is not bad at all the only complaints that you cannot get free breakfast some reason that's a little bit insane but it's okay doesn't matter this place is just worth every single second. If you ever think about if this place is best friendly I promise you it is I took my family here to have a couple drinks to eat some food no problemo I took my girlfriend here no problemo I tell you it was amazing it's just it's just the best thing in the world

My family and I stayed at this property while my grandma was hospitalized in a State Hospital nearby. I didnt trust the area since It was in the city center but taking one step into this property sure made me feel safer and well taken care of. The many amazing staff members there starting from the very polite and helpful front desk staff (Srta. Paola was great!), the concierge, and the amazing ones at the restaurant (Srta. Edith as the hostess, Sr. William - wsa amaing with myself and my little 4 yr old with special coffees and hot chocolates with our name written on them, plus special attention all thruoughout; Sr. Hector recommended great food, and provided great customer service similar to Sr. William). Thank you to everyone at this hotel because the quality of service you provided was TOP NOTCH! i'll happily stay there again next time, hopefully this time for better (not so sad) reasons. They made a very sad moment for us having my grandma at the hospital feel a bit better with all the great attention and support they provided.
