Decapolis Hotel Panama City

Staff, food, environment and hotel is excellent. Definitely going back with the whole family very soon.

We loved our stay at Decapolis Hotel. It was a walk away from places to eat like McDonald, Popeyes etc. we even found a few convenient stores where we were able to buy stuff we need. House keeping came every day and they were very thorough with their cleaning. We visited one of their restaurants and the food came very quickly and was hot and delicious. The pool was also very scenic and relaxing, not to mention the hot tub. I traveled with my one year old and it was very kids friendly. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Panama

The property room rates were reasonable and competitive. The junior suite was large at over 700 sq. feet of space.

My stay in this hotel with my family was good..The musical show to receive the new year very nice.

It has been a beyond horrible experience with this reservation. They cancelled my original reservation and had to pay again for staing hwre tonight. I paid for a junior suit and i got a king room!!!

Front desk Staff that checked us in on October 4 (I didn’t get her name) she was excellent. This short guy with tattoos on his right arm (Didn’t get his name) he was awesome. This very tall & thick man at the door area was superb. Some breaskfast staff were amazing the helped me out with getting hot water to make my baby tea every morning during my stay.

Got off to a great start with fabulous upgrade to junior suite. conceirge and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. rooms spacious, well maintained and cleaned. Housekeeping checked each day what I needed doing which was sometimes nothing as coffee suppies etc good, and i am happy to keep sheets/towels for several days. Rate included breakfast, service very quick and attentive e.g. clearing away used items. Cooked items normally included scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages and sometimes chicken. Recent stays at 4 star hotels included bacon, grilled toms, etc, but appreciate not in Europe now. Nice pool area with good quality beds and towels. Sunbathed but did not use pool as week later still recovering from badly grazed leg from wooden bed frame projecting from mattress. My apt. in Thailand has similar style bed but has rubber bump strips at base, just a thought as sure I am not the first to bash shins. Nice size bathroom with rainfall shower/bath combo. Plenty of room for toiletries etc. One possible improvement would be a grab rail in bath, sure would be appreciated by us more elderly guests. Ate every day in 'Petit' restaurant, by far the best quality dining experience in the area. Nice selection of dishes at reasonable prices, always beautifully cooked and hot. Well done. There is a casino opposite, but with minimum roulette bet at $25 a bit rich for my blood. Also outlet mall with primarily clothes stores.

It is a safe area. Not too many eating options beside the bistro restaurant. Traveling with little kids
