It was a very nice stay overall. The property is well maintained, housekeeping is very good. The lobby is very welcoming and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was excellent on the days we were there. The kids loved playing/swimming in the pool. We reserved two rooms. One wasn’t ready when we arrived to check in (around 4:00pm). The bathroom fan in our room was loud and should be replaced. The parking garage, which is located in the same building - immediately above the lobby, is a bit tight to maneuver around.

My entire vacation was a disaster at the place . I booked on Expedia and include breakfast to my booking .when I went for breakfast I was told breakfast not included then some 1 from the desk told me only 1 adult and my child could breakfast. I wasn’t allowed to go to the pools a few days trn my keys stop working more than once I don’t think I will ever recommend this hotel .

Everything was wonderful. The food was good. The attention was good. I can’t wait to go back and bring my grandkids with me, the rooms were good I really enjoyed this stay

We are a family of four and we visited Panama city for 4 days. The hotel is in a convenient area in Panama city as it is about a 4 minute walk to the Panama metro station of Iglesia del Carmen. It is not a big hotel but has quite a few amenities. The best part of the hotel is the included buffet breakfast which changes items every day.

Excellent staff , the food at Gastro Bar is really good and everyone is very welcoming and professional! A great place with an outstanding breakfast ! Thank you for making me and my family feel appreciated! It was a memorable experience ! Richard at front desk is awesome ! Kimberlin and Eduardo are fantastic as well as the rest of the staff! Great team of servers and housekeeping , hard working people who are the heart of Tryp Panama!

Amazing staff , professional and welcoming, always ready to help and striving to make our family feel at home. Breakfast is amazing, with a variety of hot and cold items and very attentive servers. A great location full of food and entertainment options within walking distance. The best asset they have is the staff. Richard is a star ! Thank you all for the memorable experience! We look forward to be back soon!
