Bristol Panama, a Registry Collection Hotel

Wonderful stay with the family and will stay again.

The property was perfect! The staff was amazing and friendly. It felt like a home away from home for our family of four for eight days! All four of us were impressed and plan to stay here again next year!

Spend 4 nights in July with family. This was a terrible hotel. I do not recommend it. On arrival i had arranged for an airport pickup, but no one was there when we got there. I told the staff and no apology was given. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The pool was small and dark. I booked a tour with the hotel, but the tour guide kept getting upset at them for not paying attention... i booked the tour in English yet he kept speaking Spanish my kids didn't understand so they were having their own conversation. I also told the tour guide where I wanted to go and he told me "no, that's an awful area" and he took me where he thought was best... we ended up gong to places we did not enjoy... the guide was rude.The following day I just booked a tour with expedia which was cheaper and 100x better. For being VIP, the staff was mediocre at best. I also send out some clothes to the laundry and the hotel lost my daughter's clothes. They refused to compensate me for it and i gave them a solution to the problem and they dragged out the issue. And to make matters worse their incompetence on this issue made me late to my flight. Needless to say, they didn't only cost me my daughter's clothes they cost me two extra nights in another city and airfare. Furthermore, it has been a week and I have not heard from them... TERRIBLE HORRIBLE HOTEL!

From the moment we got there all staff were respectful, helpful and friendly, my family enjoyed the stay at Bristol, the rooms were clean, spacious and we recommend this hotel, I would stay there again.

First room was dirty when check asked maid to clean again. Wanted to swim in pool no lights in pool area second night after asking turn lights on only 1 light worked. Finally I was in elevator from 12 floor going down all lights went out total darkness in elevator and it kept going down it finally stopped doors opened and all I saw were cars it took me to garage bottom floor in total darkness I went to front desk and told them about what happened the response was yes we had a power failure oh well. I was fortunate not to have my family in elevator at this time because they would of never got back into elevator the hotel made it seems this happens often so beware
