First and foremost, the staff, specially Albert, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request was remarkable. Albert and his team's dedication to providing outstanding service was evident in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable beds and linens to the well-appointed bathrooms stocked with high-quality toiletries. The dining options at Scandic Oslo City were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options to suit every palate. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience to start the day. In terms of location, Scandic Oslo City couldn't be better situated. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, so everything was very closed.
