Clarion Hotel The Hub

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Wonderful room for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and delicious. We'd definitely come back.

Hotel was a great location. Some rooms are an unusually long way from the elevators. Not the most kid friendly hotel - Beware that they don’t allow kids in the pool after 6pm no matter how well they behave. Breakfast was a large selection of pretty much anything you could ask for!

I was always happy with this hotel: from the check in to check out. Everything was fantastic. However this time if things could have gone wrong they did. I sent the comments directly to the hotel and did not hear back from them; no sorry so here I am telling everyone about my experience. Reception and breakfast buffet was amazing. Housekeeping awful keeping in my that this is a 4 star hotel: the trash was not taken put, not all towels were changed, no creamer and sugar left for coffee, the bed seemed to be have done by a child or just to make it. The phone was not working so there was no way to inform the receptionist about that. The steam sauna was not working and I was not informed about that neither before the arrival nor upon the arriving. The smell was really bad at the SPA unlike upon previous stays.

What a lovely hotel. We booked a family room and we’re given a suite with a separate bedroom and hallway so had loads of space for 4 of us. Only things that were a bit annoying was that the room was too hot at night even though e turned the thermostat down and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Clean fresh and very stylish. What I don’t like. Your rooms you will hear the city noise. For the family that was tough. Breakfast was very disappointing. In fact really bad. Tons of people. And the food was really bad, it was sad!

Beautiful look and decor and vibe. Very hip. In the heart of city center. Trains and trams just steps away. Rooms were small. The Delixe family room is photographed to appear like 2 separate rooms but it’s just a room with a couch and desk added. Very crowded hotel, crowded elevators, crowded buffet. Difficult to find a table. No early check ins. By 10 am travelers are waiting in lobby for 3 pm checkin and lobby is completely full by 2pm daily. Difficult to call the front desk from room. Buffet is beautiful and a lovely introduction to the culture. Also very crowded and staff can be short Nice starter hotel but will stay somewhere quieter next time.

The hotel has an impressive lobby and comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was closed for our last day which was disappointing for the kids, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Rock conference on during our stay which meant a large number of rock followers were staying in the hotel. There was loud rock music playing in lifts, lobby bar and even a 4am party in the room next to ours. There were multiple cigarette butts, empty cups and beer bottles outside the entrance to the hotel which should have been cleaned up. Our ‘family’ room was dim and dismal with absolutely no room to move and a tiny window although with good view of the square. When we told front desk about our disappointment the manager told us there was nothing he could do. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.
