Hotel Casa Colonial

When we arrived there was a misunderstanding with the check in and the woman at the front desk was completely rude, so rude in fact that my Nicaraguan wife wanted to leave. however I spoke with the man that was at the desk and we worked it out it wasn't a big problem it just had to do with how she reacted to a misunderstanding. later that evening I want to take the children to swim at the pool and there were chairs all around the swimming pool that they were painting there was laundry hanging across the back View of the pool it was very unkept like they weren't expecting anybody to Be there.
