The hotel was exactly what we needed as a family of 3. Bedroom was very comfortable with a great view of the harbour. Everything was a short walk away. Breakfast was also excellent

Lovely hotel and wonderful spacious double double room for our family. Beds were super comfortable and the location on the waterfront provides great views. Nice restaurants for all 3 meals and shops near by. The only downside was that we were there for 3pm checkin but our room Wasn’t ready until 5:30pm.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing views of the harbour. It is in the centre of the the city and very walkable location. Love it and will recommend it to my family and friends if they are visiting Auckland.

Outstanding location with great view, extremely convenient for shopping with walkable distance, easy access to various food outlets in the city. M Social breakfast & dinner with bar was excellent service. Staff were very professional and friendly. Room allocated to us was beyond our expectations, very cozy, comfortable and quiet when needed. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting as couples or friends or families, rest is assured you definitely fall in love with this place..

We visited Auckland for the Women's world cup. The hotel and staff made us feel like family. From the moment we checked into the hotel to when we had left the hotel, we felt very safe and treated with so much respect and support. The customer service at the hotel was incredible and the staff was phenomenal. So friendly and welcoming, we were always greeted with a friendly hello and goodbye. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Auckland.

My family and I liked the hotel a lot. Its location is just perfect, right across the wharf. The hotel is modern with friendly staff and very clean.
