Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport

Location was easy to find and plenty of parking available. Hotel and room were very nice. Slightly disappointing that the games room was closed and unavailable for my children to use. One of the beds in our room was very squeaky and woke me up repeatedly through the night. Also the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night (around 5.30am) and when we went down to evacuate we were simply told it was a false alarm - no apology or explanation.

Staff were friendly , breakfast was pretty good , hotel is clean and using shuttle to airport then train to the airport compensates lack of public transport around it . One thing to improve the intertainment room , since AC was not working inside and table tenis rackets were broken . The room was in adequate condition , one debatable comment “ different opinions in different cultures “ which is barhroom door was designed with no knob or lock , so kids can always push it while someone is using , its better for me to change this to normal door.

Very nice property and stay for everyone, especially families. Only one down side that we felt was public transportation into city needs 15-17 min walk to tram station.

Nice cosy place 15 min from the Airport. Good for a family stay

Even though We were all tired from traveling, when I Came here with pre booked reservations for my family room I had to wait for two hours for my room to get ready. I wasn’t able to rest until 3:30 PM I expected a better service
