My Checkin time was 3:00pm (15:00), I got there at 4:00pm (16:00) and i Checked in. When i got to the room the room was being cleaned, which means that they had already broke their contract with me. I wanted a refund which they didn’t want to give. There was also no manager available to speak to and was told that they wouldn’t contact him or her. So I then had to travel around for the next 5 hours trying to find a Hotel for my husband my three kids (2, 10 & 15) and my mother. What i would add for anyone who thinks this is a hotel, it is not it says it is but it is actually a hostel. There bathrooms are not in the rooms and is not suitable for kids.

The property is unique and we had the fun of our lives. What is more impressive here is the people and their services, everybody treated us like family, we literally want to work here. Thank you to Nick for all the recommendations and Rudy for all the explanation that you gave us and all the staff in general, we really loved the hospitality and we are sure to visit the property in furthers visits.

We booked a "family" room which turned out to be all bunker beds. This is more of a hostel and it is not a family friendly hotel. Our family felt like a hostage as hotel staff refused to change our room. The place felt unsafe and one of the windows did not have a curtain. Terrible and disappointing experience.

The property is a type of quirky that is still very comfortable and suitable. The property has the theme of FUN with colors, patterns and designs suggesting a good time. We indeed had a VERY good time with the family! I recommend!
