Opera Plaza Hotel Marrakech

Where do I start? Without boring everyone with a long review which they won't bother reading properly here goes. HIGHLY recommend & we WILL definitely be back inshaa Allah. BiG BIG Thank You to all the staff, especially Ebrahim & my sister on reception (sorry I forgot your name but will never forget you) Ayoub & Mohamed, Ashraf on security, Kinza for her breakfasts. We will miss your hospitality, you are a credit to Moroccan people and moreso to Hotel Opera Plaza. 11/10 made our stay amazingly issue free, went out of their way on many occasions and have made some lifelong friends who welcomed us like we were a part of their family. So a BIG BIG thank you from us all and especially me, prayers and love always xxx Shahid

Excellent breakfast and nice location, close.to both train station and bus station May not be suitable for families as it's a very busy and noisy junction and Traffic was heavy due to road works

We flew to Marrakesh for a family destination wedding - there were approx 140 of us, majority of which were staying at the Opera Plaza Hotel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very friendly; if you needed anything they would try their best to accommodate you. The pool is a very good size and kept well clean. Overall our stay at the hotel was great. A couple of negatives; the AC in the hotel itself and particularly in the rooms was not good at all. The breakfast was the same every morning. Although there was a variety of foods, it was the same food EVERY morning, and if you are staying more than a couple of days, having the same breakfast would get very boring.

Came here as a family , accidently doubke booked was told i would be contacted in 72 hours with a decision if i can canel the extra ? Never herd anything bsck from the hotel or hotel.com completely ignored me. To make it worse when we arrived they was doing refurbishments which meant the place looked like a building site. No pool which wasnt advertised. Going through the refund process with hotel.com now.

Not having good check-in experience, they did not inform me anything about my VIP gold services(hotels.com). I've booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids. Our friends' room were okay, there were 3 beds in their room (2big and one small), but our room had only 2 small beds. When we realized that we informed and they changed our room immediately, but we went our room with luggage and down again for new room. So, our check in experience was not good. Also their parking level is really narrow and old. there is no elevator, and nobody is helping you to carry your luggage, they are helping only parking and trying to get tip. Hotel rooms are good and clean, swimming pool is nice. location is good as well.
