Me and my family had a really good time here. The receptionist, Khaled and Khaleel made us feel welcome and treated us very nice and kindly. We loved the service overall and we would definitely be coming back here again.

The best hotel in Marrakech. The best thing about this hotel is not only how modern the hotel is, the good food and the clean rooms but the amazing staff. We spent a week in this Hotel and every staff member treated us like Family since the minute we arrived in this Hotel. We want to thank the manager of the Restaurant (Hicham) for making sure day and night that everything is Perfect. We also want to Thank mohammed for always fullfilling every wish. They both always made sure we were super happy with everything. I also want you thank Mr. said. He welcomed us with open arms since day one. He is a very kind and generous person. When I had a food poisoning he made me a Moroccan organic remedy tea and offered to take me to the hospital in the middle of the night. The whole hotel offered to help me and I have never experienced such kindness. Don’t let me talk about the cleanliness. It was more than perfect. The cleaning ladies kalthoum and amal were lovely. Dear Amal, you made us very happy and I want to send you lots of love and kisses. I can really recommend this hotel and I will definitely come again soon. I can also recommend this hotel to all Tunisians. Our Moroccan brothers and sisters will treat you like family here and make sure you have the best stay in Marrakech. My family really enjoyed this hotel and it’s staff, including the restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t have an iron at all. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the spa as well. The bellhop was really kind and helpful. Nawala, the waitress made a positive lasting impression on my mom and aunt who really enjoyed her. My family wants to stay here again when they come back to Marrakech.
