Residence Inn by Marriott Playa del Carmen

This hotel was a great place for our family of 26 to stay during our week long vacation. The staff was great. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! The 2 bedroom room had full kitchens and 2 bedrooms. They were clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Rooftop pool was nice.

is the best location for a family travelling with small kids

Safe, friendly and clean for a single mom and her kids ages 9, 10 & 13. Definitely recommend staying here for families! Staff is also really helpful and attentive.

Excellent all around! Absolutely loved this placed! I stayed here due to an emergency (family member was hospitalized in the facility next door). I felt really safe here and everything was extremely clean and well kept. It was an very nice experience considering then circumstances. Staff was kind and helpful- food was really good as well!

My rooms were not there the sold it to some 1 else they gve me a nxt room at nite their system blocked the door my daughter n family we stayed out till 2 hours at 10.30 pm it was the and no staff knew what was happening would never recommend…worst experience

I absolutely will stay here again!! Love that there were 2 bed 2 bath, living room and kitchenette. Plenty of room for all my family. The breakfast was okay for the price ai paid we were very happy!

My family and I had a great time in Cancun. The property was nice with breakfast included and friendly staff. Some issues I did not like about the property was the location, the property is right on the main road into playa del Carmen and meet with heavy traffic in the afternoon everyday of our stay, very difficult to get into the properties only entrance/exit driveway. We only used the pool twice and both times the pool water looked cloudy. Had to go to the front desk to ask for pool towels as none were available on the roof/pool area. The room only had two bath towels for a family of four. The bedsheets were stained, looked dirty like haven't been washed and looked like an old blood stain on one end of the duvet that was unable to be removed. Other than that, we used the room to sleep and didn't let it bother our vacation.

This is our first time in Cancun. We stayed in this hotel for a week. The room is big comfortable very clean and there is a kitchen。The hotel including breakfast which is very delicious. At least two dishes are different every day. Salads and fruits are very fresh. Giovani at the front desk gave me a lot of information and helped us a lot in our self-guided tour, and the other staff were also very kind and friendly. I would recommend family and friends to stay at this hotel
