Hotel Angelo's

Restroom doors and sink were dirty. Pool hours are inconvenient. Pool closes at 8pm. My children had their feet in water and were told by hotel receptionist to get off!!!

I came on a family trip from southern California where we booked three rooms. We stayed here for 4 nights, and during those 4 nights, we had fantastic service. Everyone that works here is kind and helpful. We did have issues with one of the room's AC and another room's TV. The room with the AC problem needed the remote reprogrammed and it started working fine afterward. The other room had no TV/Cable service but was not much of an issue since we were able to use their super WIFI speeds to stream Netflix/Disney. We also did not bother to have them investigate it. I noticed there are more locals that come here but that made no difference in our stay. Breakfast was decent, nobody had any complaints. The pool pictures are filtered so they appear nicer than what they really look like. However, it is a hotel and not a resort. The water pressure was strong, and the water could stay warm or cold depending on what your looking for. I've stayed at resorts, and this was an issue, but not here. The location was perfect but the area it was in looked sketchy at first, however, we never felt unsafe. Pros: Fast Wifi Speeds Very Clean Breakfast was decent Strong Water Pressure Location (close to Xcaret Parks & shopping centers) Cons: Outdoor Parking Could use a bigger indoor/downstairs pool (pool pictures are filtered) I would stay here again if I came to this area. We chose this location since we only needed a place to sleep while we were out doing activities.

Not what I expected, but good after all, the employees were very helpful and very nice, I really liked that my beds and room was cleaned on a daily basis. But again, it was a family vacation, so we didn’t spent much time in our rooms, mainly to shower and sleep.
