Hampton Inn By Hilton Nuevo Vallarta

We crashed here as our flight was in just after 1 AM. The room was perfect for our needs. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we gave ever had in mexico. Very tasty. The pool area is nice and the water was cool which probably will not be an issue in six weeks. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family, or if you need an extra day or two at the front or back of your trip.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me and my family. My mother lost her wallet with her passport in it and they tracked and contacted the driver for us which helped us immensely! Definitely grateful for the staff for saving our trip!

Great place to stay but over 1.5 miles to any beach.absolutely no view.super no e staff and free transport to airport area.great for a business trip, but not as desireable for family

We chose this place for a couple reasons. It was newly built and super modern, and the price point was really good for what you get compared to a lot of other places we looked on online. Staff were great, nice pool, 120 volt plug ins, gym, comfy bed, massive shower, free buffet breakfast every morning, lots of parking. There isn't much around there that's walkable, but if you have a car you're fine. The waterpark is nearby for family fun. The only complaint would be that it takes a about 30-40 mins to drive into Centro or the Romantic Zone, and after 5 days of that, we were kind of over it, but that's on us really. The hotel itself was grand!

I Booked two rooms for my family that i havent seen in 21 years and the front counter Esme was trying to make me book another room because the room was only for four people. So insted she charged me 450$for a roll away bedfor my room when i asked to talk to MGR she call her on her cell phone. What kind of service is that whois running the hotel?

Our stay was phenomenal. The workers are very humble, sweet and caring. Whatever we needed they were right there helping us. They made sure we were taken care of, they went above and beyond with their hospitality. The workers really made this hotel! There rooms are very beautiful and clean. We always had fresh sheets and towels everyday. I love how they provide a laundry room and there gym is amazing. They had everything in their gym. Their breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was delicious everyday. They are still building. They will have a shopping area which we couldn't experience because it wasn't open yet (still under construction) :( , hopefully next time we stay it will be open (we will be there in sep or oct again :). This is a must stay place when visiting. Very friendly place for family, friends and couples.
