Awesome location and super friendly staff! Very comfortable beds. The only issue is there are no real bathroom doors- just a somewhat transparent swinging glass barrier with no lock. It’s not very appropriate for families or friends to stay together. I’d only recommend it for couples!

This hotel is amazing! While there isn’t direct car access, you don’t need it. The road is maybe a meter away and very much accessible. Hotel staff was amazing and they even arranged my taxi fare from the hotel to the airport for my family. 10/10 recommend, will be staying again!

Location, clean, and excellent customer service. This was my first time staying here. I absolutely loved that our room was way back in the interior and was very quiet. The staff welcomed you with a smile and offered their help in all instances. Very close to shopping venues and food options. A great place for the whole family as it will have something for everything.

I would not recommend this place to my friends or family. The front-desk person who was working the night that we arrived was unprofessional: he did not greet us, when finally he assigned us the room, he sent us to a room that was occupied already. When we came back to the front desk and told him that the room was occupied, he did not apologize for that. He sent us to another room, and that floor had a strong paint smell. We were tired, so we stayed there for the night. But we moved to another hotel the next day.

I was in a junior suite. The Positives: the room was clean, the bed comfy, and every worker was warm and friendly. The negatives: my stay got off on a bad foot the first night when I learned that the hotel had no air conditioning. My error. I don't know how I missed that. Apparently, that issue is being rectified. Beyond the heat issue, the hotel is an older building and it has an open interior with a patio. I think that was one source of noise but closing of doors and workers was another. A very, VERY loud place to try to sleep. On top of that, my room was very dark. I really dislike when hotels use light bulbs that don't light the room adequately. During the daytime, I opened the shade to my room but that created big privacy issues because there was a building right next to my room with about 15 big windows facing my room. A relatively minor issue is the building is on a walking street so you'll need to walk about 50 feet to the corner to catch a cab/Uber. The a/c was the initial issue for me but, even with a/c, the rest of the issues would lead me to choose a different hotel next time.
