just left and it was the worst and most embarrassing hotel experience of my life. After a night of dinner a drinks, I brought my partner (who lives in Mexico) back to my room. The staff immediately chased us down upon entry and demanded to know if my partner was a guest then proceeded to make a scene and demand I pay $500 for my literal romantic partner to stay in my hotel room that I already paid for. I have never been so embarrassed, disgusted and felt more taken advantage of in my life! Literally made me feel like a child. What a disgusting, invasive and greedy policy for a hotel to implement. The most disgusting and rude experience I’ve ever had to deal with on a vacation. Aside from that, I had no internet for 2 days, my door look was out of batteries for two days, and my cleaning lady left me no towels. I’m traumatized from this experience and will NEVER stay here again. Take your money and dignity elsewhere. Ruined my entire trip to be treated that way and to be charged for having the staff invade my privacy. ZERO STARS.
