Definitely not a quiet hotel it’s a beautiful place to stay with your family if you don’t mind an others having fun late night but definitely family orientated & safe place to stay on vacation

Staff is super friendly. The hotel is clean and very family oriented. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay.

If you plan to sleep in this is not the place for you. Me and my family stayed here twice and both times were woken up by the noises coming from banging on ceilings and vacuums from carpet cleaning all morning.

10/10 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

They gave my room away. They canceled my reservation without my knowledge. All hotels are booked for the night I have no place to stay. I have my family with me.

Had my family stay for my daughters Quinceañera. This hotel has too much going on when we went. First off, parking was awful. One of the nights a car parked behind me blocking us from leaving. I mentioned it to the guy at the booth said there’s nothing they could do. Check in took forever. This is definitely a party hotel not for families. Felt like I was at the Rosarito beach hotel. Also, room service took FOREVER we waited about three hours and one of the rooms couldn’t call out for anything. The water pressure to shower is the worst. Definitely not worth the price.

It was nice. I didnt receive my 2 free drinks per adult per room and i had rented 2 rooms and had 3 adults total. The buffet was (breakfast) overly priced- i paid $80 for 3 kids' buffet and 1 adult. The hotel is nice and has easy parking. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get a driver to pick up dinner for us at 12-midnight,since we checked in so late due to a flight delay.

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel but this last visit left us bot wanting to return. First they placed us in a different room type than the reserved one. We didn’t make a big deal of it but the whole tower needs to be remodeled. Dirty old carpet, worn out linens, and dusty decorations. The nearest pool needs to be replastered as chunks are coming off the bottom. We had a family friend come by to visit us who lives in the city and wanted to just hand out for a few hours around 10pm, and they denied her entrance claiming “visiting hours were over” and we needed to pay $25 for her to be added as a guest. Worst of all, we did not have clean water to shower, brush teeth not use the restroom on our checkout date. The hotel has no backup plan and lied to expedia by saying it was a city problem when they were in fact doing construction onsite. Their offer was for is to come down and get a free drink but denied a refund. Sure I will go to the bar unshowered! I think not! For a 5 star hotel, as they claim to be, they have a lo g way to go.

Stayed before always great experience this stay with my family was a bit rocky checking in the toilet was not working tv was all black and white with static ac was not cooling issues fixed rapidly but i think that should have been looked at before we were given room. Service at drink bar was horible since they said to bring a drink pool side was an hour wait to go to bar and order my self then they dont allow glass pool side but they had no plastic or paper cups and no one bothered to go look or notify anyone that could fix the issue ...when i asked to use pool tables took me an hour of running back and forth from one reception area to another for staff to figure out where and how to check stuff out ...
