Club Regina Los Cabos

We had a wonderful stay at Club Regina. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Great location and area to stay for families. We brought our young kids with us, and they didn’t even want to leave the pool to go on other excursions. They loved it at Club Regina and we did too.

Every person in the staff is absolutely so polite, warm and lovely. I really enjoyed how peaceful this place is. The room looked just like the pictures: clean, spacious and nice and cool!! Nestled in the cliffs the panoramic ocean view is breath taking. Not everyday can you watch sunrise AND sunset with such a sweeping ocean view. My favorite part was the natural proximity to nature: tidepools on the beach, Pelicans fishing and a mom and baby whales in the ocean was just so mesmerizing! Id like to give a special thanks to Sulidany, Anabel, Analith, Jose, Victor, Mauricio, Ignacio, Gisele and America for your attention to detail, kindness and patience. I heard them interact with not just myself but other guests and they were so professional and kind - even in trying moments I overheard!

This resort was amazing. The staff was friendly and my family felt safe and well taken care of. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our favorite was sitting on our balcony every morning and whale watching. Whale watching from the pool was also great. The resort was also clean. The food was not great and I was happy we did not get all inclusive. We rented a car and went to the grocery store and used the kitchen. The rental car was also great so we could travel into town every day. It is also not walkable to the surrounding areas so a rented car is a must. Also, you are not allowed to swim on the beach, but you can lay on the beach. Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced, quiet, safe, and friendly place, this is amazing. Also, there is lots of hills but they pick you up on golf carts. The fitness is dated but overlooks the sea.

Beautiful family friendly property in Cabo San Jose with private beach, beautiful pools, comfortable spacious rooms and friendly attentive staff.

First of all, the staff we met were really nice - we enjoyed them at the pool, restaurant etc. The facility is kind of old and not up to date, the resort is built into the hills so lots of walking up and down these steep paved roads. One restaurant on site and two pools but the big one was waaay far away. Just not a great vibe. My kids are all in their 20's and there was no one else there around their ages. Mostly retired folks and time share owners. Also, not the resorts fault but super inconvenient to go anywhere. It was a $40-50 Uber each way into Cabo and a little less into San Jose. We won'[t stay here again

Employees were nice and friendly . But I stay for 8 days and when I check in my room had no fridge???? And that same night the guest in the next room open my door and I was already in bed ????? Horrible I called the front desk and they didn’t even offer to move me to another room??? Transportation from the airport didn’t respond to the emails so I took a taxi .. I had a big fly in my room and found a roach in the bathroom I took a video of the both of them .. lunch at the restaurant was not the best .. I ask for filete de pescado a la diabla and they gave me fish and they put some salty- and vinagre sauce on top that was no edible . They replace it but this time the put catsup on top of the fish.. what???? Filete de pescado a la diabla is easy to make …. Horrible I will not be staying here or let anyone of my friends family to book at Club Regina Los Cabos…

Very friendly staff with a family vibe. They park your car and provide transportation around the grounds will golf carts, unless you want to walk. There are pools all over the place and the beach is wonderful. Breathtaking views. The restaurant is really yummy but we also went grocery shopping and prepared food as well. We will come back for sure!!!

It was wonderful staying here. We would definitely love to come back and recommend for all travelers including solo-travelers (if you’re thinking of a nice rejuvenating and relaxing stay), couples, and families. One thing I may say is the quality of the cocktails was not as strong as I would like, but it could be a matter of personal experience.

We had the best three days at Club Regina! The property is so picturesque. It’s built into the mountain and feels like you are in a secluded villa. Very secure. There are two gates outside the property that you must clear to get into the lobby which is tucked away. Every single staff member was so professional and friendly. Particular shout outs go to Sabrina at the check-in desk, Gerardo at Inizio restaurant, and Jordy at the Pool C bar. They all went above and beyond and made our stay even better. We appreciated the mini market on the property to pick up some snacks for the room. While the beach is pristine and good for sunbathing, it is too rocky to swim, snorkel, or surf. However, we loved the infinity pool so much that we were content staring out over the crashing waves below while sipping our margaritas. We loved the separate bedroom and extra bathroom in our junior suite. We had breakfast included in our room rate and we were glad we added it in. One thing to note is that with the hotel being built into a mountain, there are many stairs and paths to climb. They have a great golf cart system to get you wherever you need to go around the property, but you definitely need to factor that time into any reservations offsite. (ie. getting to the airport) I saw some reviews about the golf carts taking too long. We never had any wait longer than 5 minutes and the drivers were all so nice. We will be going back!
