Dreams in Los Cabos is a wonderful property. We discovered the best food was in the French restaurant. The entertainment team is one fun loving group. Loved the health club. Reception was always helpful. Disappointed with 'The Petite Chef', the soup was the highlight. We asked for ground floor, ocean view. Second floor, pool view was our reality. Overall I would recommend the property, especially if you have kids. If you dont have kids, ask for a room around the 'Oceania' restaurant. Its quieter. Greet all staff with 'Hola', be polite, be courteous, and respectful. Lastly, please remember a package deal includes tipping. You dont have to tip on top of tipping, except maybe the sweet ladies cleaning your suite. Book today!

We had a wonderful time staying at Dreams Los Cabos. We attended a friend’s wedding. From the ambiance to the room, amenities, and things to do at the resort. Our experience was over the moon and memorable. Most importantly I think it’s the staff that brings out the best of everything about the resort. To name a few of the staff that we encountered the most. Elsa the pool attendant, Alin our assigned room attendant, Oziel from front desk, Antonio / Alejandro from Portofino was all amazing and made us all feel like home. And all the staff that showed an exceptional service. Dreams made our family vacation unforgettable and fun.

Should be renamed to NIGHTMARE not Dreams. Timeshares sales pitch at airport then same thing at the resort where you’re expecting to go VACATION AND RELAX! Majority of Staff are NOT happy to be employed so you really have to find some good ones to serve you. Teams are not very organized so then workers are frustrated. Food is limited in variety. Showers are horrible cause they literally go from cold to BLISTERING HOT at random—my baby girl almost got burned so we had to make sure to be there CONSTANTLY at every shower cause she usually like to sing and dance in the shower. Not this week. First and definitely LAST time.

The hotel super hot at the dining area n văn waiting too hot to get table The toilet much cooler then everywhere else We went with a big group like 16 adults n 10 kids Service so bad Wouldn’t recommended to go here

Check in was a nightmare. Through Expedia I reserved a king bed single bedroom and when we got there they said they never get bed types from Expedia and gave us a double bed. I showed them my reservation and they claimed that bed types are never communicated from Expedia to the hotel. They wanted to charge me an extra a night for a king bed or give me a smaller room (cheaper room) with a king for the price I paid for a single bedroom. It was a long day of travel the kids were tired and it took them hours to honor my reservation request. Expedia said it was the resorts fault and the resort says Expedia never sent them a bed type request. Pool was nice, activities at the pool are ok. Food was horrible. Service at the pool took forever, you were better off getting up and going to order your own food and drinks. Kids club is small and but kids liked it. The cook at bare beach grill was rude to all guest and looked like she hates being there.

property is clean and safe. ocean views are beautiful! very family oriented. staff was friendly and attentive. our only disappointment was the beach. black flags all week because of a very strong undertow. if you want to swim in the ocean this might not be the area for you. other than that this a great place!!!!

My wife and I traveled with our 2 children, both under 3, and we really appreciated the shallow pool areas that allowed them to walk around the pool. The cabanas at this resort were also very nice! They had a private plunge pool and the servers were very responsive to all requests we had. We were upgraded to a large suite thanks to being a Expedia VIP. This is a great hotel for families visiting Cabo

I am so much disappointed of this vacation because of the service and the food. We stayed there 3 nights with my husband and baby and had never experienced such a bad service. The food was awfully bad, you had to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to get inside the restaurants and additionally wait that much for the food to be served. No one really cared about the travelers even the managers. There was nothing to eat in the buffet and it was unbelievable as in our vacations elsewhere before, we couldn't choose what to eat because of the huge variety of food. I can write and write but anyways, I will never recommend someone to go there.

We have stayed at Dreams 4 times now. This time was the first where we have noticed a decline in the facilities and food. With that being said the staff is amazing and my kids really enjoy it here
