I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is rightfully earned ! I’ve traveled to A LOTTT of places, first time in Cabo was AMAZING. The resort is not a party resort, very family friendly with the option to be in an adults only section. Food options were good considering all inclusive resorts aren’t always good in that sector. Super relaxing and quiet but close enough to the Cabo strip/other food/drinking places! Stay here! You won’t regret it especially if you’re looking to relax and have Spa services with nice big rooms and a sweet staff

Overall, my stay was good and pleasent but just because I was there when the ocuppancy was low season. There are still better hotels around the same price point in the area.
The food in the buffet was average. I would not say it is terrible, but it is not very tasty either; the dinner needs to be in a restaurant where they have first come, first serve, so be prepared to stay there before they open or wait for one hour at dinner time.
The pool areas require more attention. So many wrong things are happening here, from being dirty, allowing people to throw things, and not behaving considering it is a family resort; the chairs are permanently reserved, and never enforce the rule to avoid reserving more than 30 minutes; good luck if you find one after 7 am, even if nobody will come to use them until midday.
The staff in the pool bars is the worst. I read terrible comments about their attitude, customer service, wait times, and drink quality, and I can confirm that all are true. Supervising the staff is a problem here.
On a positive note, the food in the restaurant is above average in my humble opinion. The staff and waiters are exceptionally nice and humble, always striving to provide the best service. They deserve a perfect score of 10 for their efforts.
Overall, the beach area is also tiny. Even though they have room to grow, they prefer not to do anything, which becomes a problem if the hotel occupancy is higher, as you won't find any shadows.

Overall it’s a great hotel but had some weird issues. The property is in great condition, food is fairly good, kids club is great and the staff is friendly. The issues I ran into - significant shortage in both room and beach towels which was stressful and created a scarcity situation where people were hoarding towels. This be never experienced anything like this before. The second one- on the first night of our stay every single restaurant had a 1.5 hour wait and even if you were willing to eat simple or junk food there were no options. It was very disorganized and people waiting in line seemed to have reservations despite the hotels policy not to allow reservations. People recommended to us to pay off the staff in order to get a “reservation”. The next few nights we sent one of us to a restaurant 15 mins before it opened and that seemed to solve the issue but again this is not great. Bottom line, proceed with caution

- our room was ready one hour after check in time.
-the food was terrible, no variety, long waiting times in every restaurant.
- no pool beds available , just one pool to share with noisy kids that were throwing beverages in jacuzzi and pool.
- shortage on staff.
For the price that we paid not worth it If you don’t want to ruin your vacation don’t go there

Nice property, but extremely understaffed, not great food, long waits for restaurants, and hard to get pool/beach chairs and towels. Staff was really nice and our daughter loved kids club.

Dreams in Los Cabos is a wonderful property. We discovered the best food was in the French restaurant. The entertainment team is one fun loving group. Loved the health club. Reception was always helpful. Disappointed with 'The Petite Chef', the soup was the highlight. We asked for ground floor, ocean view. Second floor, pool view was our reality. Overall I would recommend the property, especially if you have kids. If you dont have kids, ask for a room around the 'Oceania' restaurant. Its quieter. Greet all staff with 'Hola', be polite, be courteous, and respectful. Lastly, please remember a package deal includes tipping. You dont have to tip on top of tipping, except maybe the sweet ladies cleaning your suite. Book today!

We had a wonderful time staying at Dreams Los Cabos. We attended a friend’s wedding. From the ambiance to the room, amenities, and things to do at the resort. Our experience was over the moon and memorable. Most importantly I think it’s the staff that brings out the best of everything about the resort. To name a few of the staff that we encountered the most. Elsa the pool attendant, Alin our assigned room attendant, Oziel from front desk, Antonio / Alejandro from Portofino was all amazing and made us all feel like home. And all the staff that showed an exceptional service. Dreams made our family vacation unforgettable and fun.

Should be renamed to NIGHTMARE not Dreams.
Timeshares sales pitch at airport then same thing at the resort where you’re expecting to go VACATION AND RELAX! Majority of Staff are NOT happy to be employed so you really have to find some good ones to serve you. Teams are not very organized so then workers are frustrated. Food is limited in variety.
Showers are horrible cause they literally go from cold to BLISTERING HOT at random—my baby girl almost got burned so we had to make sure to be there CONSTANTLY at every shower cause she usually like to sing and dance in the shower. Not this week. First and definitely LAST time.

The hotel super hot at the dining area n văn waiting too hot to get table
The toilet much cooler then everywhere else
We went with a big group like 16 adults n 10 kids
Service so bad
Wouldn’t recommended to go here
