AX Seashells Resort at Suncrest

Beautiful and very recent hotel (1 year) Pool view is absolutely stunning, lots of restaurants with the hotel ! Highly recommend if you are looking a for 5 day getaway with kids or without !

Positives: Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety. Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!) Things the hotel needs to improve on: Food: the variety was good, however the hygiene was poor. Several times we found hair in the food. There were a lot of flies around the drinks area. One night, the chicken was very pink and the I told the staff, they did not do anything. Also if they have a big group booking then one of the restaurants gets reserved for the group which means the only other restaurant gets really so you end up sitting in the lobby to eat. They could do with staggering the big groups. Noise: There is a bar on the 10th floor - amazing views but horrible if you have kids trying to sleep before 1am. They have a lot of other properties opposite the hotel where they can have the parties Overall, the hotel is a great and nice for kids. If the management took some time to plan the food, events, it would easily be a 5 star. But right now it is somewhere between 3 and 4.

I would absolutely come back to this hotel very family friendly, very clean. The staff were very nice. I don’t expect much when traveling from a hotel, but this property absolutely went above and beyond my expectations :)

We had a amazing experience, we did the all inclusive resort option and it was very relaxful! The food options were great along with the drinks. The staff was very kind and helpful. Always greeting you whenever you passed by! The room had an amazing view and the two big beds was perfect for me and my family! We slept good and the room was comfortable. I liked that you had the option to eat at the surrounding restaurants and it was included in the package. Everything was all inclusive and worth every penny. The waterslide was a added bonus and my child's favorite part. The pool was awesome right on the beach. Beautiful views all around. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to come back.

Main disappointment is I had to pay extra 200 Euros to move to a more renovated room with the dark tile and walls bathroom. When I booked online the pictures showed the renovated room, only to find out when arrived was on lower floor with white bathroom tiles less renovated room. Not fair I had to pay extra 200 Euros. I am Maltese from Canada and will not recommend hotel to family going to Malta soon out of principle on this extra 200 euros charged

Was really impressed at the ax Odycy. Modern, clean very welcoming staff. Children’s entertainer are amazing pool games and children’s interaction couldn’t ask for more from them for this reason alone we will always return here.

Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). Overall though this was a great stay and we would highly recommend.
