Friendly staff, very good service. Great pool and sea area. Excellent for families.

We book the hotel via Expedia; the hotel picture shown in the app and description was for the main hotel but we actually had to stay in the old little Verdi hotel which was not the standard I expected. It was clearly cheating and Expedia was not transparent about the hotel accommodation. The staff was not welcoming we had to wait 48 hour for our triple room to be allocated to us. First night my friend had to sleep on a child bed. We been allocated triple room but the reception made a mistake and gave keys for the already occupied room! Which was terrible. Refill of Towels water and tea coffee was for two when we had a triple room. No housekeeping supervision and felt as adequate training of the staff. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing. Urge Expedia to provide correct details of the corinthia verdy instead of new main hotel on their website and would like some competition for the inconvenience it caused to our trip.

Hotel placed us on a hallway that was being painted. not good health and safety wise for a 10 week old baby (unfortunately they knew the babies age etc and still made the mistake) Thanks to Duty manager Kalil we were moved to a sister hotel as we were very disappointed that such a mistake would be made - There is also construction going on behind this hotel and we were given a room facing it (not sure how they wanted the baby to sleep etc paint fumes and noise)

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter. The hotel is located at a good location and walkable to many food options and a small beach area to a bay. The room was of average quality. The bed wasn’t comfortable and it was quite hot in the room so had to keep our patio door open for fresh air. The room temperature becomes quite hot and the hotel doesn’t turn in AC due to spring weather. They should revisit these policies so that guests are not uncomfortable. I heard that from multiple families. We ordered food also couple of times and it took forever to get the food and it was average quality.

Very good location for family get together. Loved the swimming pools and that we could swim in the sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent.

The hotel is next to 2 others and has many food options as a result. Breakfast is excellent with changes each day and a lovely veranda. Bus stop outside takes you all way to Valetta pay €2 to driver. Walkable to Sliema. Sadly major construction work opposite with drilling legal from 7am to 4 pm Mon to sat. Hotel reacted swiftly to our room move request as a result of noise. Go high and face the sea !! Sadly several maintenance issues in rooms BUT maintenance manager and team are fab and VERY customer focused not just task. Praise to the whole team. Samantha and Marsha also great service wise helping fix our problems with a fab good will gesture without me prompting or asking. Extending the room checkout is pricey and not needed as there is a shower room and luggage storage. Bolt car to airport easy. Traffic can be tricky round the Bay Area. Sandra at desk for tours very nice and helpful. What a shame the building works are taking place at the moment it is a constant noise but a good hotel that one day needs some modernising but a comfy bed was guaranteed. We ate at various street vendor stalls by Hugo’s and the Mexican opposite the hotel all excellent and cheap and quick when with kids. Weather superb

Excellent hotel. Good value for money. Staff really helpful and happy at all times. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, good bathroom and plenty of room for a family of 4 (13 yrs and 10 yrs boys). Mini bar service was great. Breakfast was excellent and lovely waiter service. Great to use the pool facilities at the ‘sister’ hotel next door. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time, the sea view us brilliant, room is very well kept and staff are friendly, the added bonus of having access to neighbouring hotels facilities is a big plus especially the pool areas with the kids

I travel a lot for leisure and by far this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in.The staff were amazing,so so kind and helpful.they treated me so so well and like one of their family.I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.It certainly ticked all of the boxes.Thankyou so much for taking care of me

Extraordinary service, starting from check in all the way until check out. Service was great! Pools were clean, just as already known, around the pools it was permitted to smoke, which did not much suit the kids-friendly aspect of the pools. But still overall this minor faux pas was nothing compared to all the great service that they also provided. The manager greeted us every morning and asked if anything was needed and if everything was ok. And in a very friendly- family-like way so we did not feel bugged or anything, it was the opposite, it made you really feel welcomed. Really amazing establishment and team!
