Good for family holiday

For private pool lexis group shoud provide automatic roof (raining). Because when raining, kids cannot swim. Its to disappointed because we are pay so expensive for the room. Please take note to upgrade the facility at private pool area ..

Stay was good recharge, the service staff at the Lighthouse Club provided excellent service to the diners. My family looked forward to our meals there.

Nice retreat for family. The private pool and steam room were the differentiators from usual hotel rooms. It's super convenient to enjoy at anytime of the day and great isolation from crowd at public pools especially when the pandemic is still ongoing. Room was really comfy. It would be fantastic if the room tv allows guests to plug in USB to our computers or tv box since the channels were lousy and nothing much to watch.

Lexis Hibiscus is a 5 star resort but it does not live up to it. We are very disappointed when we did pre check in by email and confirmation by email but when we reach the resort our record is not found and we need to redo the check in again which is not a 5 star service standard. We have requested 2 baby cot but we the front desk ask us to call the house keeping to request. When the baby cot reach it was not sanitize and the staff need to go back to the office to get the sanitizing gun to come back and sanitize again. The room was dirty and we found cookie crumb, skirt, toy, balloon and etc.
