Im not sure who he is,maybe duty manager. He is really helpful. From the time we checked in till next morning while we had our breakfast @ cafe, he is there. The front desk is ok but need to improve some more especially on which customer u need to prioritize, like citizen,on wheelchair,pregnant women @ women with baby.The housekeeping makcik is really lovely. Tqvm.

-Very nice place to stay -not too crowded -separated pool for kids/women/men -near beach-walking distance -good view-high ground
