Grand Lexis Port Dickson

Stayed one night at the garden view pool villa and was quite disappointed with it. Hotel corresponded to me after my booking and acknowledged that I will need a baby cot and will provide it in my room. Arrived the hotel at 12.30pm and was told that I could not check-in early which was understandable. After 45mins of wait, was told that a room of my booking is available and will need 1hour to get the room ready for my stay. I went for lunch outside and was back at 2.45pm, was told that the room was still not ready. Waited again and at 3.20pm when my wife complained about the previous agreement of one hour were we given a room immediately. Room looks old and my wife had insects bites on her legs after a night of sleep. We settled our dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Service was average, food was average as well.

Horrible breakfast buffet, tasteless, limited choices, not worth the money of 35 ringgit per head for the kids. No beach at this property, so basically there is nothing to do except the pool. The private pool was ok, the kids enjoyed it. The main pool was closed, and was not informed, so it was very dissapointing. Overall, i'll give it a 4/10.

Starting form check in until check out time going smoothly as expected.Staff are very helpful.Housekeeping was great.They attended my request immediately.Comfy bed and comfortable.My family really enjoyed staying here.They enjoyed at private pool in the room.We're planning to go to Grand Lexis again in our next year holiday.The only recommendation for improvement was the parking during my stay.Fully occupied.

This hotel is great for family. but parking space is limited as I need to park at the lexis next door and take a golf cart ride over to Grand Lexis. During checkout, there is so many people, we gave up waiting for the golf cart rider back, we walk back to next door to our car. Location wise, I did not explore around as we want to spend our time to enjoying the facilities in the hotel. Thus no comments on this. We went to the games room, but 1/4 of the games are under maintenance. Nevertheless, the games are affordable and fun for young toddlers to kids. Hotel room is spacious and clean. However, it shows signs of aging as it is not that new anymore which is understandable. They provided us a free upgrade which is nice. The Pool is surprisingly clean and well maintained which kids loves it. Room TV channel is limited. Wifi signal is good but speed is not there. I have trouble downloading show in netflix. The showering toilet is a bit cramp and does not have sufficient hook to hang towels and clothes (only 2 hook at a corner beside the shower). The toilet bowl toilet seems clean and is comfortable. Bed is big and nice, not much of an issue. We ordered room services, food take 30-45 mins to arrive. Food is nice and great value.

It's a great place to spend with your family. Comfortable. The only thing that I am not satisfied with my room's toilet. It's not really clean. Got black spot on the toilet bowl. The rest is awesome. Great staff. Great view.

The room was spacious. Enough for me and my kids. Kids loved the private pool the bed were comfortable with clean toilets. Staff are friendly except the souvenirs are slightly overprice which I bought nonetheless. Its only 5 drive away to local eateries. We loved the place and will again.

Very suitable and conducive for families.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lexis mainly because of the private pool. It wasn't very big but it was big enough and deep enough to swim in. Most importantly it was clean. Service was very good at Grand Lexis but the same can't be said of the food. There was a lack of variety and the quality could be a lot better. The water heater doesn't work and the exercise bike in the room wasn't in the best shape. Still for a 2-3 day getaway, I would recommend Grand Lexis especially if you have kids. It's really fun to have the pool all to yourself even if it's a small one.

Hotel Receptionist could be improved and breakfast for family should be included(only 2 pax provided) for Family room. Overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend for families vacation.

The hotel missed my booking and i have to make international call to hotel.com to confirm. Checkin delayed for an hr and the hotel compensated with later checkout at 1pm. Kids love the private pool, good for couple for short staycation too. However the hotel is quite isolated if you're not driving. We paid additional RM120 for a 13 seater just for a 10min ride to our dinner place. Might need to consider to bring own insect repellant cause saw a few mosquitoes flying ard and our kids got bitten too.
