Quiet, excellent breakfast buffet. Generally friendly and efficient staff. Negatives: unreliable WiFi, a child’s face print on my window, glass shower door could not be closed completely, and the shower fixtures were a little wobbly, hand shower hose leaking. Overall a very pleasant stay in a super convenient location. Could use a little love but I would stay again.

I stayed here with my family during the Lunar New Year. The Hotel gave us a wonderful Experience. The Location of the hotel is the best in KUL. I can walk to most of the major attractions in KLCC. However, The Staff and service were the best thing I experienced during my stay. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Second time stays at Impiana KLCC hotel was not calculative over early check ins. Check in on Fridays is convenient for Muslim Man to go for Friday prayers about 10 mins walk to the basement mosque. Very safe for children to walk on their own to KLCC & Pavilion because of the pedestrian bridge that was provided. Ala carte food especially fried rice and chicken rice is excellent. They are not even calculative over fruits, fruits were given for free from the buffett when we dine ala carte at 3 pm, because they dont want to waste. Good hotel example towards wastage of food. Room was ok, reasonable price, compare to the last minute bookings were made on the room, just a bit stain on the sheet, room aircond was excellent.
