Hanza Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel mainly to solo-travellers or young couples and people who have no important meeting next morning since the sound-isolation and comfort were not the things this hotel can provide you at their best. Restaurant size is small but very cosy. They may considering fixing this little issue in the future. In the room, fridge was very noisy together with the air ventilation at the bathroom. You basically can not hear anything else than the noise these 2 devices create :). Also, we unfortunately had a very noisy next room who started to listen to music around 03.00 in the morning. Then someone smoked and fire alarm went on! Since the wall has no sound-insulation, we were woken up by any conversation the next door room could have. You can clearly hear what other people talk about. Otherwise, price, friendliness of staff and hotel condition were good. I can say that for family, this is not the best option, however all the rest of the people who do not mind a little noise, they can enjoy staying at this cosy and nice hotel.

Lovely cosy hotel close to the center. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Considering the affordable price experience was 4/5! Room was clean and our superior room was spacious and clean yet very simple. Walls were very thin, you could easily hear to other rooms but we were lucky and our neighbors were silent and we got to sleep like babies. Other side of the bed didn't have night table even though there would've been a lot of space for it. We also went to hotels SPA which was lovely. Spa included normal and steam sauna, relaxing area and two showers of which the other one was massaging one. Price for one hour was 25€. Breakfast on the other hand was disappointed. Very plain and small. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere on our second morning.
