Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa

Great location, easy for regular bus links to the airport, the beautiful beaches, shopping etc. Super friendly helpful staff and great pool/spa facilities too. Our delux room was great, just big enough for the additional child’s bed we needed, with park and sea views. We had a small balcony too but I have to say we didn’t use it as the wall was too high to see the view once sitting on the chairs and the adjacent room occupants were smokers. It did get a nice bit of evening sun. The carpet in the room was well worn and rather shabby but everything else, shower room, drinks making, fridge etc were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Sweet thoughtful touch was the complimentary milk and cookies delivered each evening which our little one loved.

Very nice hotel and provides excellent service.l will definitely recommend it to my friends,family & colleagues . Happy to stay here again when next l am in Jersey

Thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at this lovely hotel. Full of Happy and helpful staff. Hotel in prime condition with all round comfort provided. Special mention to Brenda who was so lovely and caring throughout our stay. She made breakfast a time to look forward to. Szabi as well, such a nice gentleman. And all the other staff to be fair. Just a great time on the whole.
