The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing and shopping. It was very convenient to have a grocery sto ihg t next door…travelling with baby needed diapers etc. As per usual in Japan convenience stores..Lawson and seven eleven just across the street. We had great views from our rooms. Lounge on floor 20 was great. Service could have been improved. Front desk not always managed and staff not always knowledgable but friendly. Upset that pool not available for kids..should specify that in write up, also fitness centre is a club…members only. These were two reasons I selected this hotel.

Let me start by saying that I booked this as the final leg of our trip. We had moved around quite a bit for the first 2 weeks of the trip and had planned for a relaxing and comfortable last 5 days. I specifically booked here for the pool. Searching for properties with a pool seriously limits the choices, but I wanted to make sure my daughter had a pool to swim in at least part of our trip. Upon checking in, I was told that only kids 13+ could swim in the pool and that the pool was only open to younger children during July and August. I was so upset! The staff offered no assistance and I immediately looked to change my booking to another hotel, but we had already checked in and would be charged for the night. My family was tired and opted to just stay. We had stayed at several other hotels that were more budget mided that offered a superior level of service and comfort. This place looks like it was great at some point, maybe in the 90s or early 2000s, but had not been kept up from bunching carpet to outdated air conditioners. The small touches we were so impressed with at other establishments were completely absent. "Extras" like the pajamas that we received at every other place came with charges and only at request. My daughter was given welcome kits at each hotel, but this one didn't seem to care about her comfort or happiness whatsoever. There are many places to stay in this price-point that would be so much better than this place. Do not be fooled, choose somewhere else!

Great location & a big, bustling hotel. We didn’t have breakfast or any other meals here. The room was perfect for us travelling with our toddler and it had a great review of Tokyo. Really happy with the price too.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, food was delicious. Excellent bakery off the lobby. Disappointed that we chose this hotel for the indoor pool which required extra fees and prohibited use by children during our stay.

Great location near subway, great local ramen restaurant popular with regular patrons/ office workers and very tourist friendly, as well as proximity to the iconic Senso-ji Temple. View of SkyTree is a plus! The Breakfast Buffet is worth booking with reservation because the option for Japanese and Western breakfast favorites are great! Beds were quite hard though and staff were very friendly and accommodating but have limited English skills so Google translate or other translate apps would be a must vs better if you as a guest speak Japanese/ Nippongo. Overall, only great memories made in this hotel with my family. Will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Tokyo. Will even consider it again if we ever comeback in the future.

This was the perfect hotel for our family - beautiful views, lovely staff, clean, amazing location in Asakusa and close to Tokyo metro to get to anywhere else in the city! Also, what an amazing breakfast buffet!

It was a great stay. The rooms are very well maintained, the toiletries are amazing! I can’t believe they were providing super expensive beauty cleansing and moisturizing products, which left my skin GLOWING! The room we stayed in was extremely tiny but that was my fault for not reading the information about my room well, but for two adults and a kid, it was great! The view was AMAZING! My son kept thinking it was a toy room, haha. You must try the buffet on the 26th floor, we had dinner and breakfast there, super yummy. I recommend make a reservation in and request a table with a city view, you won’t regret it. The location is great, close to train stations, temples and RESTAURANTS!

I appreciated that we could get four beds in one room for my family, but we were denied free access to the pool and that wasn't at all stated on the Expedia site. Additionally, they only gave us two breakfast tickets for four people, and that was not stated on Expedia either. Also, the air conditioning in the room was broken. A very mediocre hotel experience.
