Hotel is well appointed, great location. Room was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 children but the staff, cleanliness and amenities made up for the size of the room. Twin beds will fit 1 adult and 1 small child. Better off getting 2 rooms if you have adults and older children/teenagers. Can’t fault the hotel. Was excellent

This was a great hotel in a great location. Small room but fitted us perfectly, we travelled with our two school aged kids. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was very satisfying. Hotel was located at the heart of Asakusa, walking distance from the temples and lots of restaurants and markets.

Great for families who like to walkabout and eat their way through Tokyo! Lots of dining options. Love the hustle be bustle of the area. Room was spacious enough for Tōkyō standards. There were lots of additional little touches from the hotel that made it more enjoyable. Very helpful staff

We are family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. The rooms are decen size. Location is very convenient. Food, Shopping and Transporation are walking distance. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed for a night in this hotel. It’s located in a heart of busy shopping district and it was very convenient to get around with two young children. The view of Sky Tree observatory from the 5th floor and our room was the nice touch. I must mention that all of the hotel staff were attentive and helpful.

The images don't do this hotel justice if you're a tourist. The lobby is located on the 5th floor. There's a selection of restaurants on the 4th floor, and floors 1-3 is a department store. The location is the best part. You're walking distance from several amazing shops and restaurant in the Asakusa district. The walk to the subway to get anywhere in Tokyo is a quick 10 minute walk. This was a great choice for my family of 5 on summer vacation.

put me in a smoking room , i had children with me asked for room change told none available but if i pay 2000.00 Yen i can change rooms not good i paid for the hotel i month in advance not happy with the service would not recommend

The hotel is 3min walk to Senso-ji temple. It is easy to get to from Narita Airport by taking non-stop Sky Access train directly to Asakusa station. It is easy to get to Disney too from the Asakusa station. The room size is good, big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. We liked the stay.
