6 day holiday visiting Tokyo with family, booked 3 rooms. The service was fantastic, the whole concierge team where super polite, respecful and helpful. Yes the rooms were on the smaller side but we were out most of the times so never bothered us. The hotel was close to public transport and a lot of places to eat. If i ever come back to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again.

Little touches like umbrellas to use were fantastic during the summer rain. We really appreciated that! Beds are VERY firm and pillows VERY soft. Rooms are on the small side, so hard with a family of 4 with a suitcase each to navigate space. Having seperate toilet / shower room was great. Very convenient location for Asakusa train station and nearby temple, eateries and shopping.
