Staff was not friendly or welcoming, they only were kind and friendly towards airline pilots and flight attendants. I had to request fir the skincare kit that they only would put out for fir the airline crew. Obvious differences in level of care between my family and the airline crews. Very disappointing especially since I know I paid full price for my rooms.

My family have been staying here whenever visiting Japan. Very convenient as it's close to Haneda Airport. The shuttle service is great, especially the driver who spoke excellent English, was fantastic. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful. We will definitely come here again!

The property is closed to HND airport, only 8 minutes drive way. There is ATM and family shopping store, it is very convenient. Also a few small restaurants just cross the hotel. The breakfast is exceptional. The shuttle to and from HND airport every 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay next time.
