Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda

We love this hotel since it has a room that can accommodate 4 people. It’s a big hard to find a room that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is good and lots of restaurants nearby. They also have a shuttle bus to the airport so that was a plus. Actually we stayed here on the first week of our trip to Tokyo and then we stayed here again on our last week in Japan. Otorii subway station is close by.

We just stayed overnight from international flight going to Sapporo the next day, but i had a comfortable night experience including the breakfast meal. The dining staff were so corteous and polite and very honest. Not knowing that our breakfast was included in our booking we paid for the breakfast and the other staff checked our room number and refunded to us the payment immediately. I am also amzed with the AI Jurassic theme in the reception but staff will assist if needed. Its an experience, japan really has the advanced technology. I recommend this hotel especially for the kids.

We chose this hotel because it was really close to the airport and the theme looked cute. Our kids loved the check in service. It's done by three animatronic characters and is contactless. Some people complained the process was complicated or didn't work but we had no issues. Check out was simple. There are good vending machines with beer, ice cream, sim cards, and cosmetic kits. They have a manga library you can borrow from. There's a Google Chromecast in the room so you can stream TV from your phone. The English instructions to all the electronics was very helpful. We did not use the airport shuttle because we heard it fills up fast and the train station was only 5min walk away and a 10min ride to the airport. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby within walking distance. The rooms are small but we fit 4 people in the three bed/one pull out bed and it didn't bother us for the one night we stayed. My only complaints is the bathroom needs a stool to shower on and some nooks and crannies could use some more scrubbing. Our toilet seat was also cracked. I'd stay here again as an easy access to Haneda airport hotel.

- Rooms are tinier than you can imagine. Dont recommend for families, even families of 3 ( and one is an infant ). - Beds are hard like solid rock. They give you 1 tiny pillow per person. I liken the room to a small prison cell. - Asked for pillows, was refused. - Judt walkin and see the robots for free. They barely work and the hotel is nor worth staying in.

The room was pretty small and basic, but tidy and clean. The robot check-in service was fun, and the room was good enough for our one night near the Haneda airport. There was at least 1 staff person for questions, but he was not always present. Luckily, he was present when we had questions at check-in and check-out because I’m not sure how we would have looked for him. The hotel shuttle service to the airport was very convenient, a quick ride. On the morning we left, there was only one other guest who also took the shuttle. However, we were a family of 5, and the room would not have been comfortable enough to stay longer than 1-night.

Many fun gimmicks. If you have kids, very recommended. I wished if the shuttle comes to airport at 4pm
