Room too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. I booked it for 2adults and 2 kids and they gave us 2 twin beds

Stayed here with my six year old child. The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing and far from where the taxi dropped us off, but the hotel itself was nice. The shower was very clean, altho unused since they have a public bath. I prefer to stay at hotels with a public bath since they offer the hotel yukata as therefore I don’t have to pack pajamas. I accidentally went to their other hotel, even after doing research but realized later that I was looking at the wrong shuttlebus timetable. Not a big deal. Staff at both locations were very friendly. Good: on-time free shuttle service, with friendly driver.

I recently stayed at Keikyu EX INN Haneda Innovation City for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. Here are some highlights and a few areas for improvement. **Concerns:** There was one notable issue that negatively impacted our experience. The instructions for boarding the shuttle bus to Haneda Airport were extremely unclear. It turned out that the bus driver was responsible for opening the door, but I was repeatedly told to read the notice on the door, which was quite frustrating. This made for a very unpleasant end to an otherwise good stay. **Check-in:** The check-in process was straightforward and efficient. The staff provided clear instructions, which made the process smooth. Additionally, I appreciated that they provided towels specifically for my child, which was a thoughtful touch. **Room:** The room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. It was well-maintained and offered a pleasant environment. **Facilities:** The hotel features a large public bath, which was a perfect way to unwind and relieve the fatigue of travel. The bath was clean and provided a very relaxing experience. **Check-out:** The check-out process was hassle-free, as it only required dropping the key card into a designated box. This efficiency was much appreciated.

Disappointing!!! Booked because of airport transfers, however these are only for early morning flights and can’t be booked in advance. We had to get two taxis to the hotel and they dropped us at another hotel with the same name, 10 min walk away - with huge bags. The onsen wasn’t open in the morning, so we couldn’t use it. We booked the room and breakfast for 4 people, however when we checked in, we were told that breakfast for our children wasn’t included and we would need to pay extra for that. We were then charged more than the advertised price at the restaurant for an extremely small child meal. Very infuriating!

Good amenities and facilities. Public bath and airport shuttle bus services are the keys to decide to stay in this hotel. We arrived at 2pm, an hour before the set time, and the hotel wasn’t flexible to check in earlier even with a little child. When we came back at 3pm, there was a long queue to check in. The hotel should be a bit flexible to let the guests to check in earlier if it is closer to the official check in time to avoid that queue, like other hotels do.
