Overall a very pleasant stay. We were very happy with the size of the room as had a toddler in tow and was great to have such a great space. Any storage was limited though, if it were me I would have canned the bath, and had a closet, but for those that love a bath you have one of those! Bed was super comfy in the (real) King. View of the park was nice as was on 5th floor, and was super accessible to a bunch of train lines and can use the skywalk pretty much the whole way to Ginza. Oh and the coolest bonus was they had free drinks in the bar at 5pm each day. Who doesn't love that?! All round great value, great size and great location. Would happily book again.

We couldn't fault the hotel during our 2 day stay. Our room was spotless and large enough for a family of 3 with suitcases. The staff were helpful and friendly. The metro line is very close to the hotel so a convenient location.

We stayed here with our kids, even though it's more of a business hotel. Super clean, quiet, conveniently located. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way for my child (needed assistance with a medical condition). We had multiple rooms on different floors. Some areas are being renovated, and one room was dated. It's not flashy in the rooms, but the shared space is lovely and we would happily stay here again.

1) price vs size : 4/5 2) price vs location: 4/5 (metro line is connected to the building) 3) a station away from tsukiji, walking distance to ginza. 4) taking taxi to/from tokyo station is roughly 1500 yen 5) less than 5 mins walk to famima Overall my family had a good stay.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. It is close to Tsujiki and Ginza, and the Asakuza line to Narita Airport. Otherwise, it is a bit far from other Tokyo attractions. We stayed with a 10-month baby and the hotel offered cribs. It is a bit hard to navigate the area around the hotel with a stroller, so I would recommend using the bridges that connect the different buildings. Also we tried to have breakfast in the hotel, but it was all booked.
