Excellent friendly staff! Great stay for families. Convenient location. Nearby subways (less than 7-10mins walk) - Tamachi and Mita.

We’ve been to Tokyo many times with child. And this one is really convenient, there are several Tokyo metro lines & JR nearby with 5-10 minutes walking. And it only takes around 30 minutes to Haneda Airport. We’ve booked for room type of Superior Twin, the room space is big enough for 2 big luggage to be opened and plus one troller. The toilet is also spacious. And 24hrs guest Lounge with free coffee and snacks is also very convenient and considerate! The staff are polite and kind, we’ll definitely recommend to others and choose to stay again with Celestine.

We loved our stay at The Hotel Celestine Tokyo Shiba, it was a beautiful hotel that was well-kept and very tidy. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, particularly when we had requested help to send our luggage to the airport, exchanging money and advice on attractions. We had chosen the breakfast buffet option which was a nice way for us to start our day every day - the food was delicious and always beautifully presented. The laundry service was convenient and our clothes were well looked after. Also highly recommend the hotel day spa for a massage (super easy to book, we booked from our hotel room phone). We even had an earthquake on our last night there, and the hotel was extremely prepared. We were provided frequent updates to make us feel reassured whilst in our hotel room. The lounge was a nice touch also, though we didn’t get the chance to leverage this as much because of our busy schedule and toddler bedtime. We stayed in the Executive Suite which was very generous for space especially for Tokyo, the views were amazing and the blackout blinds were perfect for our toddler to get good sleep! Highly, highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much to the staff at the hotel, we will definitely be back!

What a fantastic hotel this is. The location of the hotel is super convenient, but not in the center of the noise and buzz making this hotel a great option for families or anyone that dont like to sleep with noisy streets. Comfortable beds and super clean room. If you are an early riser like us, pay the breakfast because it is a full flavoured, multi-option, volume buffet. You wont be disappointed. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room has a great size and nice materials. We are eager to come back to this hotel again.

I liked the hotel very much. They had a special amenity set for kids which is the body wash sponge and the room slippers and toothbrush. Also the breakfast was nice. Some of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, some were ok. Only thing is I wish there were some supermarket or shops to buy souvenirs close by. There is a supermarket and some shops/restaurants near the closest JR station but takes 11min walk from the hotel. It’s not too bad normally except when it rains. It was raining often unfortunately so difficult to go back and forth with a toddler. There was convenience store at downstairs and also around the hotel though.

Our family of four stayed here in two rooms for one week. we felt that the hotel was in excellent condition. rooms were roomy for japan standards, huge window with views of the city. we had a little siting area with a mirror on the side which was perfect for putting makeup on. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. fresh set of pajamas every night was nice touch. the lounge was great for our morning coffee, that's about it. All the staff were super helpful, eager to help us with directions and even dinner reservations. only one time I had an issue with one of the female staff, I had asked her about where the nearest breakfast place was and she responded with, she already told my husband where it was.... (ok thanks) I feel like their cab system can be improved with a better communication system with the cab companies,. every time we needed a cab they had to physically run out and hail one. (We just felt bad for them having to do this every time) Location was great if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle. there is a cute area with maybe 50 different restaurants and bars about a 6 minute walk from the hotel. drinks from the restaurant were excellent, breakfast was ok. there is an amazing French restaurant about ten min walk from the hotel great for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.
