Didn’t sleep well during our stay. Not sure if it’s the bed or the pillows but kept waking up. Also we have a non smoking room but walking along the corridors you can smell cigarette smoke so I guess there are smoking rooms on the same floor which was not pleasant with young children. The staff were very polite and nice though. The only convenient aspect is that Daimon Station has Asakusa Line that goes straight to Haneda Airport.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and had an interconnecting room. Space was limited but very clean and convenient with short walk to train and subway. Local dining options plentiful as well as convenient stores.

We travelled as a family with two small kids in a connecting room. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Very short walk from hammatsucho, and so much for dining around the area. Easy travel to anywhere you need. Perfect spot for family. Connecting room very well priced for a a family

We were a big group of 12 and stayed 4 nights at this hotel before we go on our cruise trip. I am glad I picked this hotel for my family. All the staff here are friendly and willing to help, even though at times we encountered language barriers. But it’s just a small issue. Hotel is clean and beds are comfy. I’m quite picky when it comes to the cleanliness of the hotel and that’s the first thing I check when I read the hotel reviews. Lobby is small but it’s not important at all. It’s very close to the Metro, just a 3 minute walk if you can find the right exit and around 10 minutes walk to the JR line. Getting to and from both airports are easy and fare is cheap. It’s around 1400 yen from Narita Airport and 500 yen from Haneda Airport. The most important thing is, at least for me and my family, both are direct lines and no transfer required. We definitely need it because we all have one big and one small luggage each. It’s the Keisei line and it actually runs from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport. Last but not least, just want to take this opportunity to say thanks to all the staff, both front desk and housekeeping, for their great work done.
